What Causes Blisters In Eyes With Bloodshot?

Bloodshot eyes with white blisters in white part of eye? Well my little sister woke up the other morning with her eyes crusted shut. She woke up today with the same thing and her eyes are bloodshot and she has white blisters in the white part of her eyes. Is something wrong with her? Should we take her to the hospital asap?

it appears to be allergic conjunctivitis with blepharitis. try to identify cause of allergy, and avoid it, it can be food, pet in house, cosmetic, powder. pet in house can give rise to allergy problem. Clean the eye lid with sterile swab. apply cromal eye drop 2 times daily. anti allergic syrup can be given according to her age required dose.
