What Causes Blisters On Body Of Child?

hi my 2 and a half year old son has small blisters on his body they are mainly on his hands, feet and bum,and a few under his bottom lip some odd smaller one on his legs he doesnt seem to have any other symptoms hes seem just fine other than these spots,please could someone help tell me what they are :)
