What Causes Blisters On The Nostril Opening And Swelling Of Lips?

Hi dr grief, I have a 6yr old son. Yesterday he was complaining about his nose being dry and a little blister came out where nostril begins to go inside. He woke up just now with his upper lip in the middle, swollen. I don't know what it could be?? What should I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be infective boil here care need to be taken because infection spreads up very rapidly all over the face and it could be swelling condition of face, in my opinion right now anti-inflammatory drug would be enough and the option is "Ibuprofen" if find some pus formation then you need to see the doctor for further management, take care and have a nice day.
