I keep getting blisters on the side and base of my left index finger, the skin has smoothed where the blisters keep reoccurring. Area is about penny sized in diameter but now blisters are starting to appear outside that area. Do I need to be concerned?

Hi. Wats your occupation? Does the lesion keep coming back to same site? It could be herpes. Herpes in digital area is very painful. Is your lesion painful? Other than that, i can think of contact dermatitis. Is your lesion itchy? Please update us with details. Thanks
