What Causes Blisters On The Testicles?
age 43 height 6ft 1 16 stone & no major medical history. i have small spots on testicles they are like little blood blisters. very tiny & contain blood. they seem to be near blood vessels. could they be bite from bed bugs etc they are only on my testicles, they dont itch or hurt in any way

These spots filled with blood and only on the testicles - scrotal skin may be due to local skin condition only - a form of Dermatitis. The bed bugs can not have special affinity to only this part.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally and this may be fine. Use loose underwear and clothes. Do not over-rum or over-clean.
