Hallow Dear,
I have gone through your history. Let me answer in two sections:
Firstly, your question regarding digestive symptoms. I do not think this could be due to the
nausea and
vomiting of
pregnancy. Most likely you are having some digestive upsets. If you are having colicky pain, particularly while passing stools, it is likely to be due to amoebic
dysentery. It can be managed by
metronidazole tablets. If you are getting pain around
umbilicus, it could be worms for which you can take some antihelmenthic tablets. If the pain is in the upper part of the left abdomen, it denotes acidity for which some antacids like Gelucil will help you. However, hardness in the abdomen is more suggestive of gaseous distension due to worms. Please report to your doctor.
Secondly, regarding the termination of pregnancy. If you have decided to get the pregnancy terminated, why should you wait till next week? Earlier the termination is performed, easier it is and that too with lesser complications.
Now a days, such early pregnancy can be terminated by medicines (Mifepristone +
Misoprostol). This method is very easy, hassle free and effective, up to 9 weeks of pregnancy. However, do not attempt to buy and take these medicines across the counter. Take advice and prescription of an Obstetrician and then take the medicines in proper dosages and timing.
I hope I have given you proper guidance.
