What Causes Bloated Stomach And Frequent Urination?

Hello. I have recently started to get a bloated stomach and have been weeing a lot and in little amounts. And when i wee it stings at the end. last night i went to the toilet and i bled a little. I had unprotected sex about a month and half ago at a party. I was very drunk and didnt know what i was doing. but i took a pregnancy test this morning and it says i was negative. i dont know what else it could be. i thought it was a water infection but i am not sure.
