What Causes Bloating And Decreased Appetite Despite A Normal Endoscopy?

I suffer from excessive gas the whole day.Once heavy bleeding occurred from my intestines but the results of colonoscopy and endoscopy came normal.Doctor says it is IBS.My stool also come in semisolid form.I have decreased appetite and I am not able to gain weight. Please suggest some product to help me overcome my problem.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptom of heavy bleeding from intestine could be the medical emergency, you have not mentioned how it was managed at that time, for the flatulence in fact it is not the illness but it could be due to diet, eating habit, these are the common reasons, of course it can be due to some infection hut it is always having some related symptoms.
IBS is the functional kind of disease and it is not the pathological disease, IBS may have different kind of symptoms but they are not related with any of pathological condition, try to come out of the stress, depression and anxiety may aggravate the symptoms of IBS.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, try to change the eating habit, change the life style
