What Causes Bloating And Frequent Bowel Movements?

Hello there.I am concerned that I may have colon/rectal cancer or perhaps a tumour.In previous years, as the temperature has risen in summer, I have suffered from quite bad IBS. This year, however, I have noticed differences in the symptoms. As per normal I get constepation and difficult gas. This year, however, I have more of a bloated feeling and a deffinate sensation that I need to regularly go to the toilet when the result is often little to no stool being passed.I am male and only 24 years of age, although my family has a couple of incidents of rectal and colon illnesses in it s history.I intend to visit my local hospital but was hoping for a diagnosis of the likely hood of this being a tumour or cancer and any possible alternative conditions this could be.Many thanks for your help in this matter.
