Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Stomach bloating is caused mainly because of air swallowing known as erophagia.

The other causes could be irritable bowel syndrome, dyspepsia, constipation, bowel obstruction etc

You might need to undergo routine blood count, stool examination, ultrasound abdomen and if symptoms persists then endoscopy.

You should start some medication like proton pump inhibitors( pantoprazole or rabeprazole)
avoid excess carbohydrates and fatty foods,
avoid oily and spicy foods.

If you still have these problems then u should go to gastroenterologist who will know all the investigations and can treat underlying cause.

Regards,
