What Causes Bloating And Pain Under The Ribs?

Hello I am a 34year old female I woke up bloated one morning feeling sick like having to vomit but can t throw up followed by irregular bowels headaches vision changes sometimes neck pain and pain under the ribs that goes from side to side and specks on my belly and now I m itchy all over and get burning with pain right above the belly button and memory problems any suggestions to what s going on symptoms are not improving oh and sometimes throat feels like it s clogged
