What Causes Bloating And Pressure On Lower Bladder?

I am 20yrs old, usually of good health, but right before my period I got extremely bloated so I figured it was just part of my cycle but when my period ended, the bloating did not. Every time I eat I get bloated, so bloated there's a huge visual difference. Now when I use the restroom it hurts so bad I can't stand up. Its not burning its more like cramping and pressure on my lower bladder. I also have back pain but no fever... what's wrong with me?
