The fact that you have
bloating sensation and burping, points to
indigestion.
Occasional gurgling sounds in the stomach are normal.
I would advise you to have smaller frequent meals, instead of 3 large meals a day.
Have meals at regular and same time everyday....basically , don't skip meals.
Avoid alcohol,
smoking, carbonated beverages, oily ,spicy and fatty food.
Regular exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week is a must.
Drink warm water at regular intervals... good for digestion.
If none of these measures are helpful, you can take an
antacid or
pantoprazole, which will reduce your symptoms.
