What Causes Bloating And Swelling In The Upper Abdominal Area?

I have been feeling lethargic and having a bloated feeling in my stomach with loss of appetite. I have had bouts of acid reflux in previous years and started a 14 day regimen of Prilosec this morning. Should I be concerned about the bloating and visual swelling in my upper stomach area?

I have evaluated your query in details .

* Bloating is in relation with different issues of GERD or stomach acid
imbalance as ulcer stomach , stress , anxiety , dietary factors or else.

* Visual swelling may be some sort of hernia or lipoma ; needs to
be evaluated clinically and ultrasound examination .
