What Causes Bloating And Tightness In Stomach With Pain?

I have been seeing a doctor for awhile now for stomach problems such as bloating ,tighness in stomach ,pain at 3 on scale 1-10 becoming more frequent .I had 2 gall bladder sonagrams that was negative .I am on Nexium 40 mg once daily ,ranitidine 150 mg at bedtime and bentyl 20 mg 4 times daily.I think I need further testing .My sister 2 years ago passed a way with signet cell carcinoma ,they found it to be outside her organs ,found it when she had her gall bladder taken out .She went through endoscopy and colonoscopy and found nothing .a little concerned about this!

I can understand your concern.

Do not worry so much.
I would start tablet Pantodac 40 - 2 times a day and tablet Drotin DS as and when my patient has pain in the abdomen.

I would suggest you to get a blood hemogram done and an Upper GI endoscopy done to rule out any ulcers or gastritis .

Avoid spicy and oily food.
