HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you had could be due to dyspepsia, but frequent urine passing in dyspepsia is very unlikely.
Dyspepsia may cause nausea, vomiting, even diarrhea, but passing the urine frequently is very unlikely and it may not be due to bloating but it seems to be nonspecific, some time diet may be the cause, I would suggest to wait for a day and it will be fine, try to avoid the heavy food, greasy food, have light diet, mainly try to have liquid diet, no need to be over conscious, if this the burning sensation that mimic the inflammation and it could be acid peptic disease, I would suggest Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for that.
hope this information helps.
