First of all, do not panic. Your symptoms can be due to premenstrual syndrome and some kind of vaginal infection. I will suggest you get gynecology checkup done including per speculum and per vaginal examination. Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a tablet containing Ornidazole and Ofloxacin two times a day for five days and local vaginal pessary containing Clindamycin and Clotrimazole once at night for seven days.
Secondly, start on the long-acting form of vitamin B 12, Vitamin E, Folic acid and vitamin B 12 and Evening Primrose oil supplements regularly for at least three months. Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. That will help to get rid of your symptoms.
