What Causes Bloating Of Stomach And Diarrhea?

I got drunk last night, and when I got home I had a small amount of weed. Then I few asleep. I woke up in the morning throwing up. I kept vomiting every 2 hrs. Until I finally fell asleep. I woke up in the afternoon, feeling very bloated still. Stomach feel very weird, like it crying for food, but I feel bloated. I drank soup all day and night. I been having diaria very time I eat something. My question is, How come my stomach is feeling like its about to explode when I didnt even eat that much?
