my husband is bloated with gas that won t pass. A few days ago he had a session of vomiting. He is diabetic and . before the vomiting he was a little constipated. yesterday he was better but tonight he has gas again. Yesterday he started to take Metamucil to help with the constpation

I WUD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THE DURATION OF DIABETES IN YOUR HUSBAND.IF IT IS LONG STANDING DIABETES IT IS LIKELY THAT YOUR HUSBAND IS SUFFERING WITH DIABETES GASTROPARESIS.IN THIS CASE NERVES SUPPLYING GUT ARE AFFECTED DUE TO DIABETES.HE WILL BENIFIT FROM ITOPRIDE TABLET.I WUD ALSO SUGGEST UPPER GI ENDOSCOPY TO RULE OUT ANY OTHER DISEASE PROCESS.
