Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Block in the Fallopian Tube can occur subsequent to a delivery when there is some infection during the process, mostly puerperal. This is the most common cause in this situation. Proper antenatal, intranasal and postnatal care is therefore very important. Pregnancy can happen even with a single patent tube, with ovulation happening on any side; only, the chances of an ectopic pregnancy are raised. Please see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
