What Causes Blockage Even After Having Ercp?
my patient age 54 yes, found diebeties in age of 40, found pancreatic cancer, dignosed in feb. 2010. now he undergone with ercp to insert sten to avoid belockage. but he again occur blockage in only every 20-25 days. what is the cause behind this. is there any another solution to extend this duration of days.

Please clarify if you mean blockage in the coronary artery or common bile duct.
If it is heart's artery it has to be remembered that in some patients stent is unsuccessful and in about 25 percent patients there is restenosis aithin 6 months. Some even get blockage inside the stents.
