What Causes Blockage In Ears Due To Turning Head?

While on a long trip I turned to the driver of the car and felt a click where an adams apple would be if I were a guy, and a pull on the muscle under the left ear. A week later my ear was totally blocked. What happened when I turned my head? Did I have a weakness in my throat?

Hello,

Ear blockage may be due to cold or pharyngitis it is not due to turning head. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
