Hello, Ear blockage may be due to cold or pharyngitis it is not due to turning head. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days.
