I JUST FINISH SWIMMING. AFTER SWIMMING I HAVE BLOCKAGE IN HEARING...IN MY LEFT EAR. SO I TRIED TO CLEAN IT AFTER A WHILE I GOT A DIRT...COLOR BROWN COLOR. THEN ALL OF SUDDEN A THE SOUNDS IN MY HEAR GOT SILENT. AFTER 3 DAYS MY EARS OUTSIDE ITS LIKE PAINFULL... WHAT SHOULD I DO

hello

You seem to be suffering from what is called as swimmers ear , which will have ear block and pain. Please dont try to clean your ear and meet your ent doctor , he will prescribe you antibiotics , pain killers and ear drops for the infection, after which you will be fine.
