Hi I have been looking in right side of nose and feel a barrier there compared to left side of nose, my nose is partially blocked and have had this for a few months with continued sores or cold sores which resulted in a hospital stay for five days on a drip as I developed a staph infection, i can feel a boney like blockage on the right side of my nose and am not feeling like I should be just so tired can you please tell me what this might be last doctors visit was given nasel spray but he did not even look inside nose spray has not worked what advise would you give me thanks so much kerry
Nasal blockage cause can be diagnosed by simple ways: * Nasal Endoscopy and CT scan of sinuses * Repeated sores and staph infection indicates reduced immunity hence you should undergo proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of blood to know the cause and get treated accordingly * IF there is septal deviation then get operated * All related medical problems should be treated well * Curative courses of antibiotic for staph infection and to find the cause why you are getting the attack repeated * Avoid contacts with public at large to avoid exposure to avoid staph infection * Boost immunity
