What Causes Blockage In Urinary Tract With Blood In Urine?

this all started five years ago. after sex sometimes not always i will urinate blood and then have blockage and the blockage is caused by blood clots. what is going on here. i have been to the doctor and seen a urologist (maybe spelled wrong), test was negative but five years later i still sometimes have this problem.
