my ears feel suddenly blocked and i can't hear as well. my nose is always full of clear mucous in the morning. so i am wondering is this a sinus problem or wax buildup as wax never falls out of my ears either and i have had to have them syringed in the past
Hello, For wax you need to get examined, as without examination no one could tell you about its presence. If there is mucus inside the nose then there are great chances of ear blockage because the back of nose is connected to the middle part of ear. When there is mucus production it can lead to swelling at the end of tube behind the nose which causes negative pressure and so fluid collection in the middle part of ear. fluid collection causes blockage and heaviness in the ears. You need to take antibiotics and oral and nasal decongestants. In doubt do reply
