Background Information - I had fraternal twins born on 14th Nov. They were premature at 33 week. They are 2 KG's of wait at this time. Question - Their nose seems to be somewhat blocked always. We are using Nasolclear. What is the cause and othe rsuggestion for treatment?
Stop using Nasoclear . Long term use itself causes nose blockage.
In infant Choanal atresia ( nasal passage blockage by membrane or bone ) is also seen .
