What Causes Blocked, Swollen Fluid Around The Penis?

Hi I had very prolonged rigorous sex and next day noticed a blocked swollen fluid around the shaft of my penis just below the head more pronounced on one side. It doesn t hurt and is spongy to touch. I ve read about inflamed lymph nodes so I m wondering how long will it take to go down and how can I prevent this reoccurring. Is it wise to continue to have intercourse while this area is swollen?

Hi,

You can't have intercourse now. It can be due to para-phimosis - if you had slept with retracted foreskin, injury or infection. You need to consult a surgeon to reduce the swelling; painkillers can help you. Share a picture for confirmation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
