This mucous and blood in the stools is not related to pregnancy. This is dysentery, mostly due to amoebic infection.
You may get your stools examined for the type of infection and the doctor will start the treatment accordingly.
Alternatively take the opinion of your Obstetrician.
About 5 to 7 days medicines depending upon the cause of dysentery should cure you.
Please observe clean personal hygiene. Always wash your hands with soap and water before eating. Have nails cut short or keep them always clean.
