I went to a dermatologist a few weeks ago and had 7 moles removed. When I woke up this morning I found one with a very odd bump kinda like a blood blister and a strange bruising (I am assuming) around it. I am wondering if I should have it checked or if it might be ok. I think I may have scratched this mole yesterday and today it does itch a little but I have not touched it. I have a picture if there is a way I can attach it to this site.
You seem to be having touched the affected removed mole too vigorously or it might have got infected.
I presume that you are using both local and systemic antibiotics post your surgery. If not, the I would prefer that you continue those and in addition, also have anti allergic medication. Keep the said mole well dressed and wait for two to three days for the medication to start working. If all goes well, and presumably it should, then please continue treatment till you are relived and comfortable without treatment otherwise a visit to the doctor might have to be planned.
Best wishes
