What Causes Blood Discharge From The Anus?

Ive already seen a doctor whom told me to eat all fiber. He put his finger up my butt checked for something. Nothing found. Still my anus dripps or squirts blood out of the sidewall. How the hell do I fix a torn hole in the sidewall of my ass hole?
