hi my name is rose!!! i did a urine test de result coming w a lot blood.my doctor ask for a ct abdominal and pelvis.i hade histerectomy complete 5 years ago. the result for the ct is. multiple hypodense foci both kidneys 1.2cm andbmultiple simple cysts. thanks

Hi, this seems to be a case of adult polycystic kidney disease with hematuria. In this disease, several cyst develop in the kidney which increase in size and may cause recurrent episode of urinary tract infections, hypertension and gradually progressive renal failure. You should consult a nephrologist as early as possible. There are ways with which all the complications associated can be prolonged to gain some time before supposed transplants of kidneys.
