hi I have red pieces in my urine and I am bloated and my stomach hurts, but this is not normal for me. It sounds like a menstrual cycle, but this never happens to me and I recently started drinking sink water. Could it be parasitis or a bacterial infection from the consumption of sink water? The red pieces are not blood, more like orange lunar pieces.
Blood in urine may indicate any urinary tract infection or stone. at times poor intake of water may lead to blood in urine due to dehydration. most common in humid temperature especially in diabetic patients. as sink water drinking should not hurt you.
urine culture may rule out whether it would be any infection. if you feel the pain which urinating then it could be some pathology in urinary tract pathway. kindly do urine routine and urine culture to rule out the cause. kindly do ultrasound too. Regards Dr.S.Senthilnathan
