If it is from the urethra and if this is a fresh bleeding, it is likely to be from the urethral lining, mostly due to some infection. This needs to be treated as it can lead to a miscarriage if left untreated. If the blood is coming out of the vagina, you should inform your health care provider immediately, take absolute bed rest and avoid all strenuous activity. A sonogram should be taken to note the state of the pregnancy. Further management is accordingly planned. Hope this helps.
