Quite an embarrassing one. I had sex last night fot the first time in about 4 years. I have had a condition which I have controlled called lichen scelyrosis with cortisone ointment. Anyway this morning when using the cream with the aid of a mirror I had a large blood filled type cyst or whatever in my vagina. It was very dark red in colour. I wore a panty liner today in case it burst which it did. What could this have been. Rather scary . It s not particular sore. I also think I may have a small haemorrhoid and have been using a cream for that. I am 55 and have been through menopause and had breast cancer 14 years ago. Thanks
