Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Leisions like blister filling with fluid and bleed can be genital herpes or bacterial infection. A local examination by gynecologist or GP and swab will be needed to rule out that. If genital herpes then acyclovir ointment for local application and famcyclovir as oral tablet therapy will help. But if bacterial infection then antibiotics will be needed. Local betadine application will help also. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks
