ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
First of all sneezing is not khansi .
If sneezing caused bleeding then there is a nose cause .
If khansi caused bleeding then there is problem in chest.

Due to dry weather there could be dryness in nose and that could have caused the bleed you could take normal saline nose drops and neosporin ointment for local application in nose and see if re bleeding occurs.

From chest this could be because of violent coughing. If chest x ray is clear then do not worry there could be bronchitis due to dry air or if some one smoking around you. the ciggratte smoke causes bronchitis.
In doubt do reply.
