What Causes Blood In Bowel Movement With HCG Diet?
my mother is on the hcg diet, has had a large amount of blood in her stool, and just got a call that her blood test results prior to beginning hcg had a c reactive protein level of 3.9...what now? are we possibly looking at colon cancer??
HCG diet not approved by FDA. As such it may cause many side effects like:
Breast enlargement in men.
Risk of cancer development.
Edema.
Blood clot formation, leading to blocked blood vessels.
Fatigue.
Irritability.
Depression.
Bleeding per rectum may be due to hemorrhods or fissures or vasculitis.
So you have to be examined by a surgeon. So please consult your surgeon he will do proctoscopy the treat you accordingly.
