What Causes Blood In Bowel While Having Diabetes Type 2?

A week ago i notice a little blood in the towel bowl but didn t think anything of it. Didn t know if it was mine. I haven t had any pain. I am a type 2 diabetic and my blood sugar was a little high 11 last doctor visit. Today I notice a couple of spots in my underwear but again no pain and I don t see any signs of blood when going to the washroom and not having any problems going to the washroom. I am 47 year of age.

From the symptoms it looks like haemorrhoids(piles).Its nothing but vascular bleeding .you have to consult a doctor and get examined to confirm the diagnosis...Avoid non-veg food and consume food with more fiber....
