What Causes Blood In Bowels And Low Appetite?
About 2 weeks ago when opening my bowels in the toilet it was full of fresh red blood, the water was just red, that happened quite a few times but has now stopped, i also suffered horrendous pain whilst opening my bowels, this has now calmed down but i feel off my food although i am forcing myself to eat, i don't want it.

Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone
-use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
- Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
