What Causes Blood In Saliva Every Morning With Stomach Upset?

Helo my concern is everytime i wake up there is blood in my saliva when i spit and its now 2 weeks ..i took nexium for 1 month and 1 week because i always wake up in the middle of the night and i feel like i want to vomit and i cant sleep because i feel uncomfortable on my stomach..

hello , thanks for consulting hcm.i think it could be gingival bleeding that why the bleeding in saliva,, consult ur local dentist for it,,if it persists..u could undergo cleaning of teeth. stomach upset may be gastritis either ways plz show ur general physician for stomach upset if it persists...hope it helps..
