just a few minutes before i observed a little blood in my spit. I didnt experience even a slightest pain, i am also having ortho treatment and i wear braces so one may say that any bracket or band got damaged but those steel wires and everything is just perfectly in place, nothings broken. so should i be concerned! i fear its cancer.
Noted you have very little blood in saliva. It doesn't mean cancer....Just now no worry for it....
Here you can have bleed from gum.... Sometimes if excess straining while coughing can lead bleed.... Maintain oral hygiene as advised by doctor. You can consult dentist for gum swelling or infection....
If still blood continuously comes in saliva with also cough and fever then respiratory pathology causes searched by x ray and other investigation needed.....
Take care.....
