Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that blood in saliva with a history of having bad teeth and gums seems to be due to
gum infection and inflammation leading to either
Gingivitis or
Periodontitis and as inflamed tissue has a large number of premature blood vessels, it can bleed on slight provocation, even at times even without provocation..
In case if you have a history of
bronchitis also, but if you do not have any symptoms like a vigorous cough and phlegm, breathlessness etc, it can be most probably be due to
gum inflammation leading to gum bleeding..
You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a proper clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and if it is gum inflammation deep scaling and curettage followed by a course of antibiotics, painkillers and topical application of gum paint and antiseptic mouthwash gargles will help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
