What Causes Blood In Stool After Taking Reveal Extreme Diet Pill?

I am 28, 5'4. I'm currently taking Reveal Extreme (diet pill) to help me loose that looming extra 10 lbs from having a baby almost 2 years ago. Had 2 stools today with bright red blood, in the water as well as on the toilet paper. Feeling no different, not any pain after stools. Have had hemmroids in the past that have been on the outside, do not have them outside at the current time. What does/could the blood mean? Could it be from the diet pills?
