What Causes Blood In Stool Along With Abdominal Cramping And Nausea?

i am a 19 year old female, a few months ago i had blood in my stool once, then a few more times periodicly but for the last 24 hours i have been having all my bowl movements with blood in my stool and when i wipe. the past 3 or 4 days or so i have had horible cramping on my left side of my abdominal, and nausea with occasional vomiting. any answers?
