Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Burning urination is usually due to urinary tract infection that is UTI and will be diagnosed by proper urine tests for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. A proper course of an antibiotic should help to solve this problems. Blood in vomit is a dangerous symptom and needs urgent Upper GI Endoscopy to see for the cause and get treated as needed on the spot such as ligation or cauterization or banding if there are esophageal varices. Blood in stool can be due to piles, fissure, polyp or ulcer or intestinal infection. Ano-proctoscopy can give the proper diagnosis and colonoscopy should be done as you are 56 years old and have history of diabetes, pancreatic cancer in remission and high blood pressure. Also needed is to go for coagulation profile. Blood transfusion may be needed if there is anemia due to blood loss.
