What Causes Blood In Stool And Diarrhea While Having Diabetes?

I have had diarrhea for 2 days, last night i had a movement with bright red blood, and 2 blood lots, under my ribs is tender, and my breast are tender, today still have diarrhea but no blood at all, I m tired and sleepy, I m 58 and diabetic, I take insulin[ 45 units] and pills to control my sugar,

Dear madam, i understand your problem... bright red blood in stools might not be due to diabetes .. that is because of dysentery.. you please continue the diabetic medications and insulin with out stopping. Please hydrate your body adequately with plenty of of good hygienic water and fruit juices (with out sugar). please take TAB.O2 two times a day .. after food for 5 days. TAB.HAPPY - D one tablet before breakfast for 2 day s . I HOPE THAT WILL BE SUFFICIENT ... TAKE CARE ... GOOD DAY .
