What Causes Blood In Stool And Excessive Weight Loss?

my father s doctor wants him to have a blood transfusion, iron shot did not work. he is 81 he is bleeding out, he has blood in his stool. He has protein of cancer in his blood. He has lost weight, is always cold, and his lips turn blue. what should I expect if he declines the blood transfusion?

Due to hypotension he may be turn into cyanosis. Cardiac or respiratory problems may also present like cyanosis. meth hemoglobinemia may present like cyanosis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please mention which factor in blood came positive?? what is the report of blood showing? With out knowing that it is difficult to mention treatment approach. Please consult your oncologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
