Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear spotting may observed in one or two days after ovulation. This may happen regularly to some people. If you have Haemorrhoids or fissure or fistula can cause spotting due to bleed. If you have cystitis or urethritis may last drop of urine contain more rbc cause spotting. Along with any irritation around perinium and labia cause same problem.

Use syrp lactulose 30 ml at night, avoid spicy fatty food and caffeine. Take high fiber diet. Regular exercise. Please consult your doctor she will examine and treat you accordingly.
