What Causes Blood In Stool, Constipation And Ribs Pain In A Child?

My 3 year old daughter said she wants to take her ribs out, that they hurt. Especially on the left side. She had blood on her stool last night and is frequently constipated, has a cough right now and her facial cheeks have been red for the last two days. I'm wondering if the pain in her ribs could be from constipation, but when she is constipated she usually says her stomach hurts. She has a fussure at the edge of her anus which her pediatrician has said is probably causing the blood on the stool, but that concerns me too.



Two main issures: Blood on stool and the pain in her rib. Thank you!
